Refund Information :

Paydeal offers free return&refund service for most products within 15 days after receiving.

1. Return & Refund Service process:

We will review the Return & Refund application within 24 hours and give feedback to the customer.

In some situations we will refund money to the customer and ask them to keep the products (no need to be returned) ; or in

some situations, we will ask the customer to return the products to the Paydeal warehouse and refund money to them according to the Return & Refund Policy.

Please follow Klarna’s return instructions in order to receive support and get your payment paused. If you report a return, Klarna Buyer Protection promises to hold your payment for 21 days. These 21 days are to ensure that the store has enough time to process your return.
